The cafe is quite good. The swimming pool is clean, but the shower room is not so clean.

TV can't turn on, faucet leaks. Location is ok, roadside.

I stayed at KT 18-11, the hotel staff was friendly, the room AC was cold, and the view was nice facing the mountain.

My first time staying here, I was very satisfied. The room is large, and the twin bed can also accommodate 2 people. The view is beautiful, the AC is cold, and the Wi-Fi is fast. The only downside is the TV, the colors are so dark that the picture is hard to see.

I checked in at night and was still greeted well, offered what kind of room view I wanted, in my opinion this is good.. when in the room, it turned out that the TV facility could not be used, the balcony door also could not be opened (I did not ask further why it could not be opened) For breakfast, the info was ready at 6/06:30 but when I went down the egg station and indomie were not ready at all, for food maybe the taste can be corrected overall the service is satisfactory, thank you

Clean room like studio apartment model but no gas stove, fast Wi-Fi, fast water, Smart TV, Minibar refrigerator, large wardrobe, swimming pool view is nice. Check-in time is a bit troublesome because you have to wait until 14 o'clock to enter the room, because you are waiting for information from other guests whether they want to extend the room or not. Even though I was carrying a 2-month-old baby and a 4-year-old toddler, and brought a lot of stuff, a long trip from Jakarta to the hotel at 13. Breakfast variations are lacking, standard menu, and if you want breakfast in the room, use a box with a limited menu. Overall okay

Overall, my stay was quite good. I stayed for one night and booked two rooms. Unfortunately, there were a few disappointing issues. In one of the rooms, the TV channels didn't work properly, and in the other room, there were ants. Food that I left on the table was quickly swarmed by small ants. I hope the cleanliness and room facilities can be improved in the future.
