I really like the room I was in

We had a great stay at the Villa. The room was quiet and comfy, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and we were able to walk around the downtown. Don’t miss the great murals, the delicious coffee roasters or the tasty bakeries!

The property is decent, but dated. The fact that metal keys are still used says alot about the property. It was in good repair for the most part. Cleanliness could have better. There was hair in the bathroom and the bed sheets. The beds were old but fairly comfortable. Breakfast was available, but quite limited in selections. Parking was a bit of a challenge. The staff were kind and helpful. There were a couple of good restaurants in walking distance. Overall, OK for the price.

Clean and comfortable. Basic continental breakfast. Pleasant staff. Quiet other than the odd loud closing door.

Love staying here while in Medicine Hat!

The hotel reminded me of a Motel 6, it was basic but clean. A few things for travelers to consider is to grab the complimentary wifi information at the front desk when you’re checking in. There was no information in my hotel room regarding wifi connectivity. I was a bit concerned about the door to my room because it was a basic door that offered only the door knob as a lock. The door had no supporting security (no brackets, chain, etc). I will also add that there was a key to open/lock the room. There was no modern card system to enter the room. I was kinda disappointed that there was no recycling bin or stations in the hotel.

You get what you pay for

It was in easy walking distance of where I needed to go. The staff were friendly and accommodating. It was also very easy on the pocket book.

Decent value for the price. Breakfast definitely not "above average". Had to run AC all night just to maintain the room temp below 70F in early March.

The absolute best bed , duvet cover , i always have the best sleeps . When i go to Medicine Hat its the only place i stay

Hidden gem in the Hat. Makes passing through town a treat instead of staying on the highway.
