A converted factory hall with many small rooms. Nicely done and friendly staff but unfortunately the air supply to the rooms was not considered during construction. There is no ventilation in the rooms. Few rooms have windows, but these open out into the hall. Not for fresh air fanatics like me.

Great staff. Nice place. Breakfast was disappointing.

I LOVED it. Cheap, spacious. Quiet. Extremely safe.

Friendly, can store luggage

Property didn’t look like the pictures. Morning staff was rude. When I walked in there were roaches on the wall and the laminated walls were peeling off. No washer room like in the pictures and no AC unit anywhere so it’s always super hot and very uncomfortable. Lots of noise at night. Didn’t have any towels. Remote for the tv didn’t work. Was not clean at all. Would not recommend to anyone

Everything is so easy to find

Pros: great value for the money, free filtered water, owner / management helpful and on site 24/7. Cons: Room not super clean (hair on the new sheet), shared bathroom / shower is also not super clean but tolerable, kitchen needs maintenance, the area is sketchy after dark if you are woman traveling alone.

The property is okay. Sometimes there was no hot water. Roaches 2. This only sleeps 6 comfortable even though it is says sleeps up to 10 people. We had to do most of the cleaning. No a/c Breakfast was okay.

It's a nice place....it's a shared restrooms place. The big shower needs a bit cleanliness. The room too....there was a hairball stuck on the wall next to the bed.

Very clean and the design of the hotel is very creative

The attention was excellent. Everyone was very friendly. Breakfast was homemade. We stayed in one of the apartment suites. 3 Br 2 Ba. Very cozy and clean. It is an older building but very well kept. The ONLY negative is the hot water for showers is not constant. Besides that everything was great. For large groups I would DEFINITELY recommend this hotel for your stay. Will be our goto in CDMX.

Everything was ok

The rooms are filthy, especially the restrooms. Me and my wife literally took a shower elsewhere. The beds were hard not comfortable. The sinks smell bad. The showers had hair on the floor and drains. No warm water. The towels were unclean hard and crusty. The floor turned my socks black. The pictures are nice but when you get there is totally different. Don't come unless you are ok with what I explained above. Find somewhere else. The manager was rude also.

Not clean do not clean bathroom every day only 1 time a week not adverting correct shared bathroom and kitchen not kitchen in picture another dirty kitchen never clean me and whole family of 5 has been sick ever since dog poop on stairs

Really nice and calm place to sleep

I absolutely loved staying at this place! It was away from the tourist crowds but still walkable to all the tourist sites. If you uber its even closer. I loved the breakfast daily, and the staff was very helpful and kept everything clean. You have a private room and a shared bathroom. It worked out great for us because we really only slept/relaxed there. I would highly recommend.
