The staff was responsive, and check-in was also on time. The natural ambiance is simply stunning. The room lights can be adjusted and the brightness can be adjusted. The sounds of nature, even the river, provide a soothing soundtrack for sleep.

The place is very comfortable, cool, very suitable for healing. It's just that I'm not satisfied with the hotel service. I ordered a deluxe cabin which in the photo is facilitated with a balcony/terrace but when I was there I was given a room without a balcony. When I complained, it was explained that the room was the same, even though I chose a higher price for a room with a wooden balcony. Please improve the service. Give the guest the room they ordered according to what was ordered. According to the photo.

There are wasps in the room, expensive but not worth it, the condition of the hotel around is very dirty. Minimal cleanliness, lots of insect nests or dirt on the roof walls. In terms of food, the food for 700 thousand is bland.

The place is really nice, shady, suitable for healing, spending time with your partner or family. What was lacking was that the bath towel had holes in it. If that's the case, you shouldn't use it anymore.
