The staff at the hotel are so amazing and helpful. The only problem was the size of the room was too small to be classed as a double room. Their was a double bed but no room for anything else in the room so the cases needed to be kept in the bathroom

The Easy Hotel was wonderful and very nice. The hotel is located near the Hueston train station, and the light rail street train runs along the street of the hotel. The staff were very nice, and Marija and Martha was very nice during checkout. Overall, the hotel was very quiet, and I will choose to stay here again when returning to Dublin.

We arrived to find two single beds in a smallish room. Probably better for a double bed only. There was no space to walk around comfortably. The beds were not to my taste. I found them uncomfortable and the pillows were very thin. Didn't sleep properly on either night. The room was very clean and the staff were friendly enough. The location was good. Shops and places to eat within walking distance. Easy transport to Temple Bar and other tourist places. It was within walking distance of the Jameson Distillery and also the Guinness Storehouse. People of Dublin were super friendly and welcoming. Restaurants and pubs did lovely food nearby.

The rooms themselves are very basic, which might be surprising with the price but places are so expensive in Dublin. The rooms are very tight, and aside from bed, TV on the wall, bathroom, a couple of racks to hand a few items that's about it. There were plenty of plugs and USB points all around the room. The bathroom came with only two toilet rolls, a bottle of soap and a bottle of washing cream in the shower. The only food is more snacky stuff from a entrance lobby vending machine. The Wi-Fi is of a good standard. The bedsheets are not changed everyday and happened once during my 6 night stay. The immediate location area itself looks like going through a re-development. A tram travels outside, and 5 minutes walking distance to local shops, pubs, restaurants and river. And about 10-20 to the centre of towns with all its shops and landmarks. The staff were always very helpful and welcoming. I didn't get much loud noise being located towards the back, and only one one occasion were people noisy in other rooms. The VERY BAD was a stain on the bed sheets, it might have been something else, but looked like blood to me. The staff changed it all within minutes. I would go again but check the sheets straight as I walk in the room.

Perfectly fine place if you’re just looking for a place to sleep. Area isn’t very nice, rooms look directly into an undeveloped pit.

The hotel position in the city was very good. Staff were helpful. The room was just too small. Either my daughter or myself could open our suitcase at the end of the bed or outside bathroom as it blocked both the door and bathroom door. Way too small.

Absolutely outstanding staff. So helpful and kind. Honestly never been treated so nicely. The hotel is a good price and very convenient to walk if able. Room was small but very comfortable. Staff went out of their way to help anytime they could and always had a smile on. Would definitely stay again.

Room was absolutely minuscule. Not 10m2 as said in description. Mattress was harder than diamond. Literally felt as no mattress on the bed. Checked and was a sealy commercial bed. Pillows about 3cm thin. Heater was amazing, had to lay on duvet and use sheet as a cover. Was room 3. No tea making is odd. Can buy a tea for £3 in the foyer seems steep. Was nearly £100, so not cheap. Was more akin to a hostel, but they’re like 15-2, which think this should be priced at. Stayed at easy hotels in other cities which were fine. so guess just Dublin.

I stay here every time I’m in Dublin. The staff is amazing, very accommodating. The rooms are super clean and you can easily walk to the temple bar area, Jameson and Guinness. Also close to the zoo.
