Had to phone for the code to get in as we didn’t get the email with the code, apartment is small but looks nice however it wasn’t very clean, cobwebs in the bathroom and very dusty skirting boards, there was 6 of us but only 5 mugs, there was no bedding or towels for the sofa bed so first night wasn’t very comfortable, however emailed the company and was told extra towels and bedding was under the sofa bed, definitely would be a good idea to have a welcome pack explaining this. The beds wasn’t very comfortable. It’s a shame as we paid over 700 quid for two nights, it definitely wasn’t worth the money.

Pros: The area in which the property is located is perfect as you're close to everything. It is a cute little flat and decebtly decorated and had almost everything you needed for tour stay. However, Cons: The property was not the cleanest. There was cob webs, and it seems it was not cleaned nor wiped down properly before we accomodated it. The utensil and utensil tray in the draw was filthy. Almost every fork we took out had bits of food that was never cleaned from them previously which was very cringy and makes you dont want to use anything. One of the provided bath towels had a VERY BAD odor. The microwave had a bit of an odor. If you're a big or tall individual, the shower is not ideal for you. The water pressure is laughable and let me not get started on the issues with the water not coming on when trying to shower. You have to sometimes wait a while or tap the shower knobs to get water flowing. You cant use the sink faucet when someone is showering as the eater flow to the shower shuts off when you do, same with flushing the toilet. The room with the twin beds had a closet that was filled with stuff and I do mean filled with stuff. So you couldnt store your luggage anywhere if you wanted to move it out the way. There was a baby feeding seat in the living room which i felt was in the way. This should only be in the property i feel upon request. I highly recommend this propery have the walls painted as its a cute property, but i think its being poorly kept.

Really nice apartment, modern and up to date, beautifully furnished and in the perfect location for our weekend. Only downside is it’s situated on the top floor which means four flights off stairs and then another step set once in the apartment! The bedding was bobbly and could do with replacing but overall a lovely apartment😊

Apartment was clean & cosy. It is on the top floor so there are several flights of stairs up, but for us this wasn’t a problem. It has a great, central location, less than 5 mins walk down to Whitby centre, shops and the harbour. Parking is on free, on street with a visitor permit. We always found a space. Only issue for us that as a family of 5 with 3 children aged 10 - 15 years, we needed to use the sofa bed in the living area as a bed & no bedding was left for the sofa bed to be used. We managed by using bedding from the other beds but it wasn’t really ideal. Would we stay here again? Yes
