Room was tidy, location of hotel couldn't have been better and closer to old Quebec. Lots of dining, shopping and landmarks within 5 minutes. Staff was friendly and helpful.

This was a very good hotel! I would come stay again. The staff was so nice and helpful. Tgey held our baggage so we could co e back and get it and board the ship. The rooms were quaint, but comfortable for the two of us. Shower was nice. Could have used just a small shelf by sink. Bar and food on main floor and close to a little market and a smith coffee shop and an ice cream fun stuff shop. On a wonderful street. Quebec is a cross between New Orleans, but much cleaner and Europe. We had great time!

The hotel was right in the hustle and bustle of Old Quebec. Great attractions and great restaurants walking distance from hotel. The restaurant at the hotel was great also. The staff was very helpful in any questions we had. The room was a nice room to relax after a day of shopping in Old Quebec. Quaint shops. The major information the hotel could have provide us or any future guests is the address to park your car if your driving in.

The room wasn’t large but clean and a nice shower with plenty of hot water. Bed was comfortable. Very quiet. Staff friendly. Space is limited I’d suggest a shelf above the toliet as there was not much space for toiletries on the tiny sink. Also usb plugs near the bed helpful. We arrived by taxis & the location for Old Quebec sightseeing was perfect! A stones throw from Chateau Frontenac, Funicular & stairs to lower town.

I felt our room was a little cramped however it is an older building that was converted to a hotel. Also, there was no lobby or community meeting space other than the bar and restaurant.

This is a lovely hotel in a great location in old town. Th staff was particularly friendly and helpful (shout out to Marika at the bar, Genevieve the server and the 2nd floor housekeeping staff). A few minor dings/suggestions; there were no outlets by the nightstands and only two available in the room (there were 2 in the bath), atrium (what our window looked over) was a great idea for natural light but several plants dead or dying….depressing, hotel room numbers on the floor not eyesight level…just warn guests. Otherwise very nice hotel with updated baths, comfortable beds, and lovely bar and restaurant.

Excellent location. No parking but city lot close by.

Great space - our room had odd angles that gave it lots of character. The view overlooking the street was great, and though the street was loud and lively, you wouldn’t have known that from inside the room, as the windows blocked out the sound well. The hotel is located right in the heart of Old Quebec, so exploring was easy. A heads up that parking is a challenge in the old city, however, and the hotel is on a pedestrian only street, so you either need to drop some people off with bags and go park, or park and walk back with your luggage. We parked in the garage under city hall, just a couple blocks away, had a couple of roller bags, and the weather was good, so it all worked out.

Lovely little hotel in the heart of old Quebec. Charming room, resto in the lobby was very good. The room was very quiet at night.

Located right in the heart of old Quebec. We were street side and it’s surprisingly quiet. Old Quebec is not a party town. The rooms are not fancy, but they’re adequate. Unfortunately, there is not a bathtub only a shower. The air conditioning works. Put the siding on “*” to make the air conditioning turn on. The coffee maker actually does work as does the TV.

The room had no lighting and the bathroom had no counter space! And the reception area needs a couch.

Central location. Floor heater in bathroom was great. Room well lit. However, a big problem was the step down into main part of room about 3 steps in from room entrance door, just outside bathroom- very dangerous, particularly for older guests
