We had a 4-night stay. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was very good but some items were not replenished quickly. The only complaint was the condition of the outdoor pool. It was very nice but the bottom layer of plaster(?) was broken up and laying in pieces in a large area in the center of the pool. and there was a small amount of mildew on the bottom. It was refreshing, however!

We stayed here before, thats why we chose it again.

Not the worst hotel we’ve stayed at but also not one of the better ones. Staff was fine, check in was fine. The room was okay. We had the air on 71 and woke up to major humidity in the room. The bathroom door was also near impossible to move/close as previous reviewers stated. We were in a room right by the lobby and pool and weren’t bothered by noises. Breakfast was fine and there was someone working to keep it filled. The chairs in the communal area were all filthy. Overall it was fine for one night but I wouldn’t book here again.

Reserved a handicap accessible room as my mother is handicapped. I was told upon arrival I had a pet room instead

Convenient located, quiet, clean hotel!

Good location by Outback to split up our trip. Slow checkin process, I believe they got a new computer system. Leaky sink and a sewer smell in the bathroom.

Staff that was working from check in to the next morning acted and looked like they didn’t want to be there. Didn’t greet and actually waited for me to walk up to the counter and start talking. They have apps on the TV and remote like Netflix but says not connected to internet. Call front desk and they say they only have basic cable which turned out to be like 39 channels. Daughter went to use Body Lotion on the bathroom and it was dried and completely solid in the Dove bottle. Very disappointed in the stay and glad it was only for 1 night.

Great comfortable bed, large room and quiet hotel. I drove from Florida to Connecticut for a wedding and stayed in Wilson on my way up wish I had stayed here on the way up as I would have come back for the return as well.

Very pleased!

This was my second time staying there. This time was terrible. The door sometimes would not lock. Had to shut the door hard to make it lock. Dog bark all night long. Something keep banging loud. Children running up down the hall. No rest.

Nothing it was to noisy children up and the hallway they was playing with the door half of the night it wasn't good at all.

A clean room with good water pressue for a nice shower after a nights rest.

It was nice, not busy and everything you need is 6 minutes or less away(try the tipsy tomato pizza)
