Staff were all lovely. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. The aircon and pool were much appreciated in the heat. We had a family room and a few more tea cups would have been handy. The pool needs a bit of TLC but is great. Overall a great stay and I’d definitely come back again. We left at 5am so no opportunity to try the breakfast unfortunately.

The hotel was good and clean but not great compared to how much it cost me. The only issue we had was that the AC was not working the first night. We were given the fans until the technician can come in the next day so we were literally sweating in the room.

Front desk and all staff were very nice. Excellent service! Would come back and booked here again. Safe location as well.

One staff member unpleasant, tv was hard to work

First off, we had strong Wi-Fi at the Arcelon Hotel. Our hotel room was clean and we liked the modern look and feel. It's about 40 minutes from the Barcelona Airport by taxi. And we liked that it was 20-25 minutes walking distance to the Sagrada Familia. There are restaurants and tapas bars within 10 minutes walk, and there is a market nearby where you can buy extra water, food, etc.

We were able to check into our room early, which was a huge plus since we were traveling internationally. The staff was great and the hotel was very clean.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and the rooms had a very pleasant fragrance. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the beautiful garden area, furnished with tables and chairs, providing a lovely spot to relax and enjoy a coffee. On the downside, the rooftop terrace was somewhat underwhelming. While it featured a pool and a few lounge chairs, there was no bar, no tables, and no notable views. Overall, it lacked the atmosphere and amenities that would make it a memorable space. Overall it was a good stay.

The staff were extremely helpful and kind - definitely made our stay more enjoyable. The property itself is very well maintained and clean - and the garden near the reception is like a little oasis that is very cute.
