Easy access to transportation

If they can have more Verity in there breakfast and if they can make different verity instead of the samethings everyday.

Hotel was as expected with warm, friendly staff.

Over all it was good. There was a previously water leak mark and paint coming off from the celing in the middle. Location wise it was hard to reach as it was on uphill which was very steap. Metro was on a fair distance but for Tram it was far.

This property has the best SPA! I thoroughly enjoyed the steam room and the sauna and the Turkish scrubs and bath experience! It was absolutely WONDERFUL💕👍

It was very clean. Very good shower and very comfortable bed.

The facilities are new and comfortable, and very clean which is great. The economy rooms are smaller than you’re probably used to, a bit tight for two. But if you’re in a budget it’s good. The area is well serviced, but it is quiet far from the touristy areas you need to walk down and uphil (12-18 mns) to transportation, I had my mum with me which was difficult but taxis are readily available in the area. The hotel Taxi charged us extra for tolls we got another transportation on our way back which didn’t. The hotel doesn’t hace

I had no issues staying at this hotel; for 9nights I had nothing but peace and quiet.. My room was a bit small but it was very comfortable, talk about the bed I must say my sleep was very restful.. staff were very helpful and attentive. The only upgrade I recommend is maybe a restaurant for dinner, had to explore the city for food. I highly recommend this hotel also I would repeat my stay at Pianoforte. The price is right..

Very clean and helpful stay was great with no complaints

I stayed with my girlfriend for the weekend, and it was a very pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable. The location and nearby facilities were excellent, and the hotel amenities were also impressive. The room service and restaurant were quite satisfying as well. However, if you’re traveling by car, be aware that finding parking can be challenging.

Paid for a double bed or twin room so I could stay with my brother but they still charged me 80€ more to let him stay even though I had booked a double room for two people.
