Good stay really friendly staff

Fire alarm goong of at 2am, me and my partner had to leave the building with the reat of the people in the building for 45 mimutes until they could get one of us customers to fix the alarm, because of having no staff

Hotel is ideally located for the motorway connection and for access to Oldham, Middleton, Bury and Hotel doesn’t look the greatest but never judge a book by its cover it makes up for it in clean and tidy rooms, value for money and friendly staff.

To much noise. I only managed to sleep for two hours.

Everything good just didn’t have remote for the TV

The property is reasonably priced. It is clean; however, the rooms and hallways appear somewhat worn. It is inconvenient for clients to enter the pub next door to register their vehicles each day. The property should implement its own registration system for the security company.

Like the area. Hotel good. Staff unavailable. Need some extra pillows and bath soap. Called the number given for assistance, a man answered the call, told him about our needs, he completely denied said he cannot help he is in Liverpool. On the website it says 24 hour front desk service. Which was a lie. The man DID NOT help and he put the phone down. We had to sleep on low level pillows woke up with paining neck and shoulders. Will never go back. Very poor service.

Booked last minute, found it perfect for what we needed

Overall it was amazing quickly good me to the room only down side was could have had a double bed rather than two single joint

We like the room size and comfy bed but the bathtub was stained so I could not use the bathtub. The reception lounge is too ugly and the desk looks like a mess. The only staff I saw was very friendly and helpful what compensates for the entrance look.

Clean cheap good location

The hotel room is nice, compared to the aesthetic view of the property entrance and environment.

As far as value for money on a Saturday night in Manchester goes it fitted the bill. Room was comfy with TV, en suite & tea, coffee making facilities. Staff I encountered were friendly & helpful. Encountered a little noise with squeaky floors from other guest rooms. On the whole I had a pleasant stay.

It wasnt a bad stay fair for the price could of had an extra pillow or 2 but never the less it was some where to get your head down worth it i slept like a baby kids slept well as we had the family room 2 sinhle beds and one huge king size bed in the middle

Staff were lovely I was very comfortable

We stayed second time at the property and enjoyed our stay. We found it very convenient for our journey. I will stay again when I travel to Manchester in future. Staff very friendly and helpful.
