Stayed one night near airport

Clean and comportable

It gave me everything I needed and was close to the airport.

Shuttle from and to the airport unreliable, have to be paid in advance, breakfast very poor choice and no way to go out and buy something.

There was very little for an early breakfast Had to ask just for a little extra coffee packet for the room The lady was nice but the offerings for early breakfast were terrible

Nice clean simple friendly place to rest before you head in or out of madrid

Too far from airport. Does not have transportation to the airport. You have to pay for your own transportation.

Hotel ok but Airport Shuttle has to be booked in advance and not available 24 hours. Poor location for public transport into Madrid. No safe in room.

Facilities were modern and clean. Staff was wonderful. Breakfast was really tasty

Room good. Electricity went out in all of Spain. So only salad to eat and room got warm. No backup generators

The property was further from the airport than I thought. The transportation app was difficult to use. I took a taxi to the hotel that was significantly more expensive than the bus I took back to the airport.

The Express cafe connected to the property was excellent. We reached the hotel at 10:30pm and were starving. The express cafe staff was wonderful and they served delicious food. They also have light breakfast with coffee starting at 4am and a full breakfast at 7am. We stayed there because we had an early morning flight to catch, we paid for the airport shuttle which was on time with great staff!! Highly recommend this place.

We got the wrong room for us but they fix it when we came back on the 21.Front desk have to be retrain again, the can follow rules and regulations but they have to know how to talk to peoples in a way not to make peoples mad. Everything else was nice. The cafeteria and food was great and so were this 3 ladies, Mihaela is a wonderful human being, Jenny and Martha, will go back again.

We got there on 04/17/2025 and got a room for a disable person that front desk told me I booked, my wife and me could not move in that room and there were no closet or space for anything, did not sleep at all. Told front desk that we were coming back on the 21 to the 23 and that we wanted a different room and we got it. Told them I was a member and were treated different. Front desk has to be retrain in costumer service, they can follow the rules but they have to learn how to talk to peoples. Breakfast was great and 3 peoples there went out of their ways to make us and others feel as family, Mihaela is wonderful the best, then Jenny and Martha those 3 work in the cafeteria, they shopuld be working at the front desk
