I really like my time in that hotel. Even if it was in a busy area, room were very silent. Not too far from GRU airport and have a great breakfast in a really good restaurant. Great size pool and a small gym. Great for a short businnes stay. I recommend and probably going to stay there again.

Stayed for a week and loved it. Breakfast was good, location near to everything, all of the staff was wonderful

The property is combine hotel, office , and residence. It looks new and room was clean but somehow washroom has a lot damage area. While I was check in, there were a few complain about the room. The thing I was happy about it was, local travellers get higher floor room and I got at the first floor around the entrance. When ask to another area, staff told me there is no other room available but people check in after us all got better choose.

I wish the staff could speak English. Breakfast was brilliant

Staff was very nice and helpful. Only down side was the constrution going on above our room. Hammer drill until 10pm .... 10pm is too late for construction noise at a hotel

Room was clean. Staff was extremely helpful. Food and shopping a two minute walk.

Everything was charged in the hotel, even plates and glasses. Besides the room requires maintenance.

The room and hotel was good for a short stay. I think the only thing that was difficult was the fact that the room was “smart” and certain actions (opening/closing curtains, some light switches, room features) only worked through Alexa. I don’t speak Portuguese, so I had to use google translate to close the curtains or turn on certain lights for me. I wished I could just do these things myself.

Excelente hotel, porém eu tive um problema no estacionamento. Notei, somente algumas horas após ter saído do hotel, que houve um acidente ocorrido pelo pessoal que estaciona o carro na garagem. Ocorreu um risco profundo que afetou a pintura do pára-choque dianteiro lado do motorista. Ainda não devolvi o carro, mas tenho certeza que serei penalizado por isso

Better to have tea/coffee making facilities!

Nice and clean facility for a good price, comfortable bed, would’ve preferred a strong AC, but kept the shades drawn and room cooled down nicely after awhile. Had a great breakfast buffet for free every morning.

We haven’t plug 110v all hotel an option for us was use iron broken baby room where the people have baby needs to use. The people come outside country we cannot use it. I had a weeding next day unbelievable.
