Another terrific stay at Ocean mist, this must be my favourite hotel anywhere in the world.

Amazing place in a great location. The staff were so kind and friendly. Cannot recommend it enough.

What a place! We didn't know what to expect but it blew our expectations. The room and the whole ship is simply stunning, the bed was super comfortable and the rain shower was amazing. The decor around the ship is all top end and gives the feeling of luxury, the staff in their maritime uniforms are all really friendly. We have already recommended this family and friends and on our next trip to Edinburgh we will be booking again without hesitation!

What a fantastic place to sta From the warm welcome as you board the ship, the efficient check in with some nice Scottish products to sample with your tea or coffee. A very spacious and comfortable bedroom with lovely bathroom with nice toiletries included The bar is exceptional and with the most attentive staff Buffet breakfast is included and there is plenty of choice The nautical theme is evident in the staff uniforms and there are lots of photos of the history and suburb refurbishment of the ship There are local restaurants and close to the tram line and busses to whisk you into the centre of the city If I happen to be looking for accommodation again this will be my first choice

Fantastic floating hotel. Just one night on my own but lovely, comfy and unusual setting.

Ocean Mist was the most fabulous experience ! We got such a warm welcome from the Captain at reception , he had an encyclopaedic knowledge of the boat’s history , lovely man . Beautiful cabin with an amazing bed and furnishings, everything was just perfect , we will be back !!❤️

We had a great nights stay on the ocean Mist, the staff were great and very knowledgeable on the local area, where best to eat. It was also good to get a run down on the history of the boat. Very easy to get the Tram 5 mins walk away to the city centre. We. Would highly recommend the boat to stay on. Thanks folks. John & Chris Johnston 👍

Absolutely brilliant. So welcoming. Service was great from start to finish.

Stayed for one night to take in Edinburgh Christmas Markets and for my wife's 40th. Could not ask for more. The ship is absolutely immaculate and the bed was immensely comfortable. Great service and lovely continental breakfast, although a bit crowded at breakfast time. Would not hesitate to book again if staying up in Edinburgh.

Amazing hotel with super friendly staff

Excellent location & beautifully restored. Bed was so comfy. Place was spotlessly clean. Staff couldn’t have been, more friendly, knowledgeable or helpful. Owners son (barman )was a stand out member of staff. Would highly recommend.

Lovely stay at a unique and quirky place. The staff were all very friendly and the room very comfortable Shout out to the housekeeper who made the bed excellently - so comfortable!

This was such a find! A beautiful, quirky boat, all finished to a high standard, very comfortable, fab breakfast, friendly staff always available. With lovely bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk and a regular tram into Edinburgh centre. Absolutely perfect 5*****

We loved our stay on the Ocean Mist - a lovingly restored boat! Our room was on the small side, but we had a full king size bed and the most comfortable sheets! The bathroom was sparklingly clean with really cool tiles. Lovely setting for breakfast, with views on the water. Super friendly staff who are all very knowledgeable about the boat's history. It's a bit removed from the center of Edinburgh, but with plenty of restaurants, pubs, and easy access to transportation. Highly recommend if you like atypical, boutique hotels.

The Ocean Mist was a wonderful experience for us both. It far outweighed our best expectations by miles. We have already booked to visit again early next year. The staff were excellent and went the extra mile to welcome us onboard. From start to end we loved each and every minute.

We loved our stay here. The boat has been meticioulously restored and in an amazing neighborhood of resturants. We also loved the bar at the top. Highly recommend it's really something special.

Beautiful boat, amazing room, lovely bar, amazing staff. Tom and Albert were very welcoming and made the stay such an enjoyable experience. The best stay we have ever had.
