On chekc in I entered to rooms but my bags were all left in the lobby. Had to go dwn again to see. No one even was aware my bag were not sent up. I think there were busy with internal mgmt visits. I asked for money and change. Very surprising the front desk had to go internally and ask? Seemed like it was a Hassel to give the customer some lose change.
