An absolute beautiful experience in every way staying at this charming hotel located in the center of Vienna. We enjoyed the exquisite charming interior , the super welcoming staff and the amazing food. We travelled as a couple and enjoy walking and everything we wanted to see and explore was in a walking distance. We will be back and definitely tell everybody about this hotel 🌿🌼

The hotel is at a great location, staff is nice and friendly and the room was clean and had everything we needed. The complimentary drinks were highly appreciated (especially the coffee!) so was the opportunity to store our luggage on our last day since our flight was in the evening. The only thing that we didn’t like about the hotel was the need to go through the restaurant lounge every time we got back to our room - a separate entrance or a covered corridor would give those accommodated in the hotel comfort and privacy. Everything else was great and we would be happy to stay there again next time we visit Vienna.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Leo Grand Hotel! The staff was amazing, providing the best customer service I've ever experienced. They went above and beyond to make my trip enjoyable. The location is second to none, perfectly situated in Vienna. I wouldn’t even consider booking any other hotel when staying in this beautiful city. Highly recommend!

The hotel is in the centre of the city and very close to the main sights and the u bahn. The room was very clean and quiet,the staff were very helpful and friendly.Although the food in the restaurant was very good it was expensive.

After a long flight from the US and then a short flight from LHR; we were welcomed by the nicest members of staff at the Leo. We received goodies in our room and were able to relax upon arrival. Recommendations for sights, food, and relaxation were provided upon request! I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Right in the action of old town but a block away that ensured quiet time and peace.

Staff were brilliant. The rooms and facilities were as expected The location within Vienna affords easy access to the City Centre and attractions. Would definitely recommend and at here again.

Love the design of this hotel! Super unique and definitely put their thought into it. Staff was also friendly and even allowed early check in for us since our flight landed early. Very nice experience overall, will definitely come back!
