Staff were not well trained in customer service. The service line the scrambled eggs were luke warm.

Great hotel.

The front desk were helpful and friendly. The room carpet was a little stained but nothing major. Room was spacious and had a great view from the balcony. The day we wanted to utilize the indoor pool, they were having swim lessons so that was a bummer but we did get to use the jacuzzi which didn't get hot but it was no big deal. Overall, I enjoyed the hotel but my husband would probably suggest a different hotel next time.

Amazing stay and great facilities. Perfect location, only downside was a pressure in a shower.
