If I could rate it higher than 5 stars, I would! I recommend Bay View to friends or family. It’s an unusual apartment for Iceland, it is quite big, super modern, very well equipped, in the kitchen you will find everything to cook and you can even charge your car for free overnight. It has an amazing view of the sea, yet despite all the wind, you feel warm and safe. The owner is very responsive and helps with whatever you need. He prepped the hot tub in advance and helped set up the TV so we could watch the World Cup final. It’s very close to the airport, just a 10-minute drive, not far from the volcano hikes, and close to the Blue Lagoon.

Beautiful apartments and property. Very modern and clean. Beautiful location on the water. The town is small and simple but 10 minutes from larger town. The host took great care of us. Would definitely recommend!

This property was amazing and well appointed. Simple & elegant with all the amenities! Our family enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable. We enjoyed watching the birds in the morning and the electric lawnmower in the evening. This location is only 9 minutes from the KEF airport in a quaint town. The grocery is less than a minute away and the lighthouse 3 minutes. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Excellent property very well kept, world class for sure and the host was super responsive, he kept the hottub warm and ready for us. The views were spectacular, we plan on coming back at some time in the future. Thank you.

Excellent base for exploring Iceland We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bay View Apartments. The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully presented, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable after long days of exploring Iceland. Having a fully equipped kitchen, along with a washer and dryer, made our stay even more convenient and comfortable. The location is an excellent starting point for discovering the Reykjanes Peninsula and the rest of Iceland, while still being close to the airport. Larus was a responsive, friendly, and supportive host who made the entire experience seamless. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend Bay View Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-equipped base for their Iceland adventure.

The property is beautiful and accurately described. It is also well stocked and clean. We were very happy with our stay. Beautiful views, comfortable furniture, well stocked kitchen, quiet surroundings. The bathroom is very nice. The shower looks out over the bay. The kitchen has everything you need. I highly recommend this place.

The property was phenomenal. Situated roughly 10 minutes from the City of Keflavik and the airport, it is the perfect arrival or departure spot as it places you in immediate proximity to the airport. The actual property and amenities were new and meticulously maintained. We had various departures at staggered times to Dublin and the US so this location proved easy to navigate. The only downside is there isn't a convenient path/trail to stroll the ocean. Bravo! - This was the nicest stay we experienced in multiple Iceland visits!

It is literally as spectacular as it looks. We ended up staying only the night due to other travel plans but would recommend booking for at least two so you can really enjoy the space. Clean. Large. Amazing surprises. The view is gorgeous. The hosts are super friendly. 10/10

This was one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed in. The unobstructed view of the ocean from an in suite hot tub was simply an amazing experience! The property was modern with good appliances and very well equipped with everything a traveller might need away from home. Lots of additional spices etc which was nice! Host was welcoming and checked in with us periodically to make sure we had what we needed. Hot tub was ready upon arrival so it was all very efficient. We would definitely want to come back to this place with a little more time!

This property is even better than pictured. The hot tub with a view of the water was wonderful. The glass wall in the shower made it so luxurious. Parking was easy. The check-in/out was very easy. I would stay here again anytime. Thank you!

Loved it, about an hour away from the city. So nice and quite.Did have an incident where I came home and the window was open. That scared me but other than that we loved it.

This place is gorgeous! The views are stunning. Hot tub is amazing and it is so quiet. Pristine inside with brand new everything!!

Love the apartment, but the Jacuzzi/ hot tub wasn’t working and no one told me this was the case till we got there to try to spend about 30 minutes out at work to send you a message to tell me it was broken last week from somebody was staying there how much I spend for that weekend wasn’t cheap to find out when we are trying to work the hot tub. It’s not working and that was the main part of our stay. And that’s what we are looking for and our stay is a hot tub/Jacuzzi.

The space was beautiful! We loved the view, including the hot tub in the bathroom overlooking the water. It had everything we needed for our stay and more. We only wish we could have stayed longer! Highly recommend!
