The Hotel's location was superb, you could roll out of bed onto the beach and we were a short drive away form the airport, unfortunately my family and I arrived to several issues, misinformation and shortcomings that made some aspects of our stay, awkward. The staff were super friendly but unfortunately it seems that they were either poorly trained or the hotel was extremely short staffed, ordering drinks or food took very long and then much longer to receive them. We were given some information about the facilities during checking that the rest of the staff kept consistently contradicting. Overall it wasn't a bad experience but it wasn't the best either.

Food was great, love the variety of fruits, it was clean and modern, staff was attentive and respectful. Love it!

I wish the AC is already turn on when I enter the room. Also the chairs and table already on the balcony.

The swimming pools were great. Everything was excellent. However, keep in mind, if for whatever reason you need to make cash payments, they do not have that option, they only work with plastic.

Good overall just the blower didn’t work and the AC wasn’t working good either!

El hotel es excelente en todos los sentidos, el personal es increíblemente profesional,la propiedad es hermosa y muy segura! El Hilton es mi segunda casa cada vez que visito santa Marta. El servicio del restaurante es increíble, tanto Yomari como todo el personal son muy amables y profesionales. La Cómoda es una excelente, la playa muy segura , las habitaciones espectaculares,, el hotel en general es espectacular!!!

OVER PRICED FOR THE EXPERIENCE . NOT A 5 STAR HOTEL

Awesome stay. Staff and most of the facilities are excellent. There is not enough shade at the Terrace or 3nd floor pool areas. The rooftop terrace bar and pool area was unbearably hot. Breakfast is very good. We had a couple of bad meals but overall the food is good. I wou recommend this hotel if in the Santa Marta area.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff was very attentive, the food was excellent, and the breakfast was included with a huge variety of options.
