We love to walk, so all of the attractions are only 45 minutes away. Lots of restaurants nearby.

It was amazing, delicious breakfast and room is always clean. The staff are so nice and welcoming.

The entire staff at this quiet hotel is EXCELLENT. They were helpful on everything from ordering a taxi to setting out place settings on the tables in the evening if we brought in a take-out order. The rooms are very small, good for 1 person, a bit tight for 2, but manageable. The corner rooms on each floor (I think they are the 3rd ones on each floor (ie, 103, 203, etc) are larger. Breakfast is very good, several different pastries, hard boiled eggs, different coffees and teas, 2 juices, etc. Maps of Paris are at the checkin desk.

Staff was super helpful and pleasant. Room small but functional with tv (mostly French channels) clean toilet and shower. Breakfast was nice, in evenings we took takeout from local restaurant but ate in the hotel lobby where there is a mall bar (beer , wine, other drinks).

Decent modern Paris hotel. Room was basic, clean and showed a bit of wear. Chipped paint, wrinkled curtains, etc. Staff was great, price was fair.

2nd visit to this hotel? After staying 1 night!i returned again 2wks later? Great location? 10 mins walking to Montparnasse station? Gd food selection around and very pleasant base to explore paris sights!easily walkable!and plenty of cycling hire close by!receptionists may!and amina?fantastic!help if you need anything!highly recommend!

This is great hotel with convenient location for a week vacation.

This hotel is a little gem in the middle of Montparnasse! Modern and clean, with a/c and a very nice design for each room, super original and cozy at the same time. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful! It is conveniently situated, within walking distance of both Montparnasse train station and Denfert-Rocherau station (RER to and from CDG airport). Also, very close to the beautiful Rue Daguerre with its little shops and cafes! We really enjoyed our stay!

We had an excellent 4 day stay here! Right from check-in to room cleanliness and hotel location- everything was excellent. Coming from the US I had read about hotel rooms in Paris being cramped- wasn't the case here at all, very comfortable. The morning breakfast was not bad and economically priced. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodated all our needs and were comfortable in conversing in English Esp mention to the person who helped us at check-in and every morning- she went above and beyond in making us feel comfortable. Even offered us some free bread and pastries since we came down for breakfast after the scheduled time. The location of the hotel is excellent- fairly quiet and leafy lane but with metro/bus stops, SIM card shop, grocery stores, tons of cafes/restaurants within a few minutes of a walk. Would love to stay here again on our next visit.

The hotel was amazing, Montparnasse is such a cute area, good dining, markets, cafe within the building. Staff were helpful and kind, and let me keep me luggage there after my stay. Highly recommend!

Comfortable bed, air conditioned and quiet rooms. A bit tight bathroom, but I assume most Parisian hotels are like that. I enjoyed my stay. Nearby Rue Daguer is fun to visit.

The hotel was a great price but a bit further away from Eiffel Tower and other locations (in the 4th Ard.). But we felt safe and the room was cozy and chic

Graphik bills itself as a hip upscale property, but offers very little in the way of amenities or design. Sorely disappointed by white, cell-like room with basic early ikea type desk and storage. The only graphic elements were paint by the windows which were covered by ugly curtains. No amenities - not even a tea kettle. The only plus - clean room and attentive staff.
