We would like to clarify that our hotel operates with a self check-in kiosk, and our team was present in the lounge area during your arrival. We observed that you checked in smoothly with your two sons, and during your time on the premises, we did not receive any complaints or requests for assistance from you directly.
After noticing in our system that you had checked out, we reached out to Traveloka the following day in an attempt to contact you for further clarification. Unfortunately, there was no contact number or email provided in the booking information, which limited our ability to follow up with you. We also received a response from Traveloka stating that they attempted to contact you as well, but were unable to reach you.
Please rest assured that we take cleanliness and guest satisfaction very seriously. We are reviewing this matter with our housekeeping team to ensure that such issues do not happen again.
