Pleasant and helpful staff. Clean room and good location.

We stayed in Zaragoza for 2 nights and we like the hotel’s proximity to everything. We enjoyed the breakfast, the only thing was their coffee machine was busted but we still got our free coffee from the coffee shop located inside the hotel. We paid €12.50 per person for breakfast and it was worth it because they served a decent variety of food daily. Our room was clean but a bit noisy because of the restaurants close by and they were open til late at night. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay at Don Jaime and we highly recommend this hotel.

Super great location. There is a convenient parking lot. Unfortunately, even though I let the hotel know I was bringing a car, they did not tell me in advance the location/address. GOS led me on super narrow streets, that I was not supposed to drive on - hopefully I do not get a violation. It took an extra 30 minutes to get to the hotel. The staff at the desk all spoke fluent English and were helpful.

Hotel Don Jaime 54 has an excellent location, central to major points of interest. Breakfast has different options and great coffee. Personnel is very helpful. Our room had a nice view of the cathedral and a good shower. We were there in the spring and the temperature of the room was pleasant. The bed was a little too firm for me but the linens were fresh and clean. Zaragoza is a must!

Staff were very helpful. Parking was easy just a few 100m from the hotel entrance. It cost us 25 euros to park for one 24 hour period, but we knew this in advance because the hotel let us know. I think we could have got a discount if we had booked the parking in advance with the car park company but we were not that organised! The hotel is in the very centre of the city with all the main sights within an easy walking distance. The room was lovely, modern and clean. The bed was very comfortable. It was a little bit noisy outside, but we are in the centre of a city so it is to be expected. Overall a fabulous hotel and we would definitely return.

Room was clean and staff were friendly and didn't make us feel bad for not knowing Spanish. Room had no HVAC controls so it was too warm and not much we could do without opening the window - fine until the morning activities wake you. Breakfast was not great. By our continental European expectations, it left much to be desired. But EXCELLENT location.

I’m a Muslim woman and stayed here for work. The hotel was amazing—great price, fantastic location, and very friendly staff. I don’t speak much Spanish, but everyone was super accommodating, patient, and made me feel completely welcome. It was a bit cold in February, but the staff are happy to turn on the heat (you just need to call or go to the desk). The hotel is very well located—lots of cafés, a grocery store, two halal restaurants, and a small mosque nearby. You’re just a 5–30 minute walk from main tourist spots and everything you need. I felt completely safe, and I would definitely stay here again!

Staff and location are excellent. But the building is at a place that will warrant that you can’t sleep or rest well.

Great location and clean hotel. The hallways show the age of the place a bit, but this felt like a great deal for the price. I would definitely stay here again. Only thing to consider is that not all vehicles are allowed to turn down the street the hotel is on. Ubers were not allowed to drop me directly off, so I had to walk a block or so from the main road north of the hotel.
