Very clean and comfy, close to everything, highly recommended

Everything was 10/10, even better, entertaining. I may have not booked the property noticing that there is no lift. I had 2 large industrial cases and getting them even on the second floor was a challenge. There are also 3 stairs to the building and another half floor stairs behind the entry.

Well it wasn’t amazing, but it was adequate for the price.

We had a great time at Bob's! We were two mothers and four children staying in a flat. Very easy to find, very easy to get in to the hotel despite no front desk. Very good communication. Nice slick and clean apartment at a good location. And a fantastic price as well! We'll definitely come back to one of Bob's hotels again.

Had a lovely time at Bob W Tallinn. The team were so helpful and we had everything we needed included in the room - such as towels and cleaning products which I haven’t found come with aparthotels often. I would recommend to anyone coming to Tallinn to stay at Bob W.

Nice, clean, comfortable, convenient

This was a fantastic place to stay for our 3 days in Tallinn. Walking distance from the ferry port and Old Town made it a great location. Highly recommended unless you need an elevator. We were on floor 3 and there wasn't one so we made a couple of trups to get our suitcases to the room. The amenities were picked out perfectly! We had brought our own adaptor but having one that matched our US plugs available was a nice personal touch. The shopping bag was a money saver as most places in Old Town charged for bags. And last, but not least, the handwritten welcome note was a sweet surprise. Would definitely stay here again!!

Nice and clean appartment, good value for money and good location. Only negative is too much messaging via whatsapp posing off as being personal and familiar, giving it a somewhat fake feeling. Otherwise great, highly recommended!

Only things - Coffe maschine broken A no elevator. i ha e a broken leg..😂😂

Hallo Bob Die Wohnung war fast perfekt. Gefehlt hat ein Möglichkeit die Badetücher oder die Handtücher zu trocknen oder aufzuhängen. Ein Schuhanzieher wäre auch noch sehr hilfreich. Ich habe die Scharniere der beiden innen Türen geölt da das Quietschen nicht mehr auszuhalten war. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Dirk

There were couple problems but those were solved so quickly and amazing customer service and they helped me with everything. And the location was amazing close to everything
