My expectations was caught short with their bad management and unfriendly ecosystem

Staff was polite. location was convenient and walkable.

There was a problem with the date of reservation, the owner did not accept to change it neither refound it. I lost my money

Terrible place to stay didn't even get a room paid for a room on Expedia and got there and they said they can't honor the price that was on Expedia. Turned us away but offered us to pay $3,000 pesos for a room. Very rude unhelpful I do not recommend staying at this property. There was other people that booked on Airbnb had the same problem that I had with the computer and they let them walk in and stay. Horrible place

The toilet was not working pro properly, you have to flush by hand.

This is horrible experience for me . This hotel should not recommend. The sheets were stained the walls were cracking , the paint is chipped. We had mosquitoes in the room. The room was dirty and dusty.

The property is in dire need of maintenance. The staff is helpful but, communicating is a problem, not language related. They had a weird system of rationing water that I couldn't understand. Imagine having to request the water to be turned on to flush the toilet during the day!

I always love staying there.

I have being traveling here for work for over fifteen years, this has been the worst Hotel. The sewer gas within the room, unkept property deferred maintenance, untrained staff. This place needs help.

El hotel realmente está en muy mal estado. La persona de recepción hace un muy buen trabajo pero no da para más. No única noche fue con cucarachas entre mis pertenencias. Me cambiaron de habitación pero ya la experiencia fue negativa

Just keep expectations low. I was given a room on the second level and shower didn't work and sink didn't drain. Bed was comfortable and ac worked though
