Front desk was very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Patio was very nice. Only complaint was lack of upgraded plugs (no usb plugs although the front desk loaned us an adapter to use the electrical outlet)

The room is very clean, cozy and comfortable. The location is good and easy to catch buses and not far to underground. The guys at the reception were so nice and friendly. I will definitely recommend this hotel and book again if I travel to London.

Hot water tank broke right before our stay, but were super communicative and accommodating

Very clean and comfortable and nice view from the balcony nice staff on bus routes too to get about. But please get fan extractor in the shower room it may help with the drain smell which affects the stay.

Husband and I enjoy our stay at Camden Prime Apartments. Management and staff friendly and accommodating. Apartment clean, bed comfortable, kitchen fully equipped with washing/dryer machine. Public transport to Camden Market, Trafalgar Square, Shopping, Restaurants and Bars. Great place to stay.

This was exactly what we needed it to be. Only negative is the washer/dryer didn't quite get it clothes dry! Make sure you keep that in mind if you decide to do laundry :) Other than that 10/10

Our son and his family own an apartment nearby so we always stay here when we visit. We find the folks there very friendly and helpful and the accommodation is very well presented. There are places to eat nearby - the bread and pastries at Bread and Bike are fabulous for breakfast !

I had 3 times check-ins & outs to this hotel as i loved it as apartment hotel, like home, equipped with washing machine which I needed it most as my travel time was long and I couldn’t carry enough clothings. Cooking was also needed as it could save me money. Hotel allowed to store my luggage there while I travelled to other cities. Location was not far from city centre, you could take bus on Camden Road, especially No. 29, or take underground thru Caledonia Station. I had stayed in different types of rooms, with terrace or without. All room were large, coming with kitchen, and all necessary utensils, oven, microwave, fridge, etc. Service was excellent, staff were friendly. Would recommend to friends.

Having a kitchen was awesome, also some room to dit down and relax. Super friendly and helpful staff. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

Even though it is not located in City Centre, however the public transport on Camden Road especially bus no 29 running very frequent, (mostly only 3 mins waiting) to City Centre or transit to metro! Staff are friendly & helpful. Room equipped with washing machine, oven, stove, & kitchen utensils. Buying groceries on Holloway Road or Kentish Town Road or arranging dinner at these locations with various restaurants, are convenient. Highly recommended to long stay.

Camden apart hotel so good. Very helpful and friendly staff 24 hours per day . Lovely apartment immaculately clean . Lovely area , central to all areas of London . Overall amazing in every respect ! Thankyou
