Cool air-conditioned room, location near My Khe beach, everything is okay for the price.

The equipment is degraded, but for me it's okay.

Dishonest staff took customer's forgotten property without saying anything.

My son forgot his iPad in the room. But the cleaning staff checked and were not honest, they returned it to the customer without being honest. The hotel has stickers on the room and the soft blanket is not clean. I was really disappointed when staying here. I think everyone should not experience it.

The hotel is quite quiet, convenient to go everywhere, friendly and enthusiastic staff. Breakfast is quite to my taste.

1. the refrigerator cannot be used. the smell is extremely bad 2. the breakfast menu does not change, the hot dishes are only 2 dishes: chicken pho and fish noodle soup, refilling is also slow 3. poor electricity, plugging in the charger also breaks, the light bulb burns 4. daily cleaning is dirty, only throwing trash in the trash can, trash on the table or sink will be left as is. Dirty cups are not washed and left for 3 days,

The receptionist was not enthusiastic and even the manager did not help. I borrowed an iron from the time I checked in until I checked out but it was still not there. The room was older than the advertised picture. Will not return, do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
