Upon check-in, the receptionist informed me that there was construction going on in the new building I was staying in. I "agreed" because I thought it would just be a small noise. In fact, the noise was right next to my room from the moment I entered the room, even continuing from 7 a.m. until I checked out, the noise got louder and louder, even the room vibrated down to the tiles. It was very disturbing to my comfort while resting. This wasn't my first time staying here, I've stayed 4-5 times, but this was the first time I was disappointed as a customer. I also informed the receptionist upon check-out that it would be better to close the room temporarily because it would be very disturbing. And there were also many ants surrounding the sink.

The security guards at the parking lot entrance never greet guests arriving to park. Every time I've visited, there's never been a parking greeting from any of the security staff; they just sit there quietly.

The warm pool is perfect for treating my pinched nerve. After swimming in the Grand G7 Hotel's warm pool, my body feels so much better and lighter. I love swimming at this hotel.

I often stay here because the place is comfortable, quiet even though it is on the main road, easy access to transportation, and I love the view of the sunrise every morning from the room window. My input is to provide late checkout payments because the flight time to eastern Indonesia/Papua is almost midnight. Thank you GG7, hopefully the service will be better in the future 🙏💐.
