Stayed here for 1 night. Strategic location, close to everything. Clean room. Very helpful staff. I realized I left my phone charger in the room when I checked out, and they were willing to send me a package. Thank you 🙏

The hotel staff is friendly, comfort is okay, cleanliness is okay, only some of the walls are a bit dirty at the bottom

A comfortable, clean, and easily accessible budget and minimalist hotel with a strategic location near shopping centers and many culinary spots.

When I initially booked, I requested a high floor and no smoking. But upon check-in, I was given a room on the second floor and a smoking room because the bathroom had an ashtray. Hopefully, this can be improved in the future.

Fast check-in, clean rooms and bathrooms. Plenty of dining options at night, and a strategic location.

The hotel is decent, close to the city center. When walking around at night, there are lots of food vendors near the hotel.

The room design is contemporary, clean and the front area of the room is full of carpet, there is elevator access, the staff are friendly and fast... In front of the hotel there are many people selling food..., close to Triwindu Market, Klewer Market, Barru pastry shop, Tentrem ice cream.

Of the many hotels I've stayed in, this is the only hotel that has a problem with towels 🫠 Not just once, there are always problems with empty towels/not given or only 1 given even though 2 people are staying, the staff can't solve the problem, from morning we asked for towels because the room was empty until evening they still haven't been given

The hotel staff is friendly & always helpful. I stayed for 4 nights, on the first night the AC in my room was not cold then in the other room that I booked also had a leak, but the staff quickly offered to move to another room. Will definitely book here again if I go there. Thank you

good location near the city center..need to improve the cleanliness to make it more comfortable..

everything is good. except the cleanliness is lacking. the bedsheets are full of stains. the towels are full of holes. the water heater is also dirty. the walls are full of mold. maybe it needs to be renovated. if the location is very strategic, it is close to everywhere, there are also many snacks in front of the hotel at night. hope it helps.

You have to improve your cleanliness, especially the quality check procedure of your staff's job.

Friendly staff service, clean rooms, located in the city center and easy access to exit close to Matahari (walking distance).

The check-in process was not as fast as usual. The towels only arrived 1 hour after check-in and had to be followed up continuously. The bathroom door was broken.

Comfortable and in the middle of the city so access everywhere is easy and the area is busy. Luckily I got a bigger room so it was very comfortable, clean enough for this price, it's really worth it. Got free refill drinks as much as you like in the corridor on each floor so I can save on my vacation budget hehe. Next, if I go to Solo, I want to stay here again.
