Reserve a double deluxe room and make payment. When I got to the room I reserved, there were people staying there. So the employee gave us a standard room, which was terrible, giving the reason that it had been reserved before us. (If the room is reserved in advance or the room is full How can we make a reservation?) Actually, there are about 3 other room options (including the room we stayed in). 1 of the 3 rooms to choose from is very scary and smells really bad. And the walls are moldy, as if water has seeped in and is damp.

The room is moldy, especially the wall of the window guard, the smell of mold is strong.

I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights but never cleaned the room or changed the bed sheets
