The check-in process was easy, the location is close to public facilities, especially the Jam Gadang which is only about 1 km away. The staff were friendly. The room and toilet were clean. Coincidentally, when I came here, the rice fields were green, so the view was cool. The only downside was that the bathroom floor was a bit slippery, the floor near the toilet was lower while the water channel was higher, so the water stagnated. Also, for drinking water, it's better not to use gallons, because we don't know what previous customers were like, in order to maintain water hygiene. Bottled mineral water is better. There are also no tissues provided. That's all. But overall, my stay here was pleasant. The place is aesthetic and very comfortable.

The place is comfortable, strategic, close to the city, safe for children. The dining area is also classic... Cool... Will come here again next time...

We've stayed here twice now, and every time we go to Bukittinggi, the kids want to stay here. The accommodation is comfortable, clean, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is wonderful. Breakfast is served in unique containers.
