Overall good, starting from the service and the swimming pool is really cool.

Had a great stay at Sari Pacific. The staff was welcoming, and the hospitality was excellent. The birthday amenities and cakes were a great addition to our staycation. Big shoutout to the room team and the team who surprised us with a birthday cake and song—it made the stay even more special! In-room dining was amazing—we had the ayam goreng madu and sop buntut bakar, both highly recommended. The newly renovated room was comfortable and well-designed. Overall, a great experience and would stay again.

The hotel is strategically located so it is easy to get around. The rooms and hotel facilities are quite okay, but the gym is not big enough. The food itself is quite varied.

Great place to staycation, closed to anywhere to the city center.

All the staff are very helpful, the rooms are new and very clean. The only drawback is the car park access. There are many staff who help with valet but it is quite long to wait. The breakfast is very varied and delicious. I stayed for 3 days and the buffet menu was different every day. This is a must stay here if you are in Central Jakarta.

Very good service, the initial complaint was immediately followed up very well and got a room upgrade. All the staff are very friendly, and have been regulars to stay here since 2015,

Clean rooms. The staff is very friendly. Strategic location. Several facilities need to be revitalized, such as the equipment in the gym. The outdoor swimming pool is 2.85 meters deep, although there are parts that are safe enough for children to use, but there are no barriers, so there must be special supervision from adults.
