The power to my room has gone out three times. The technician has been back and forth to fix it, but it always goes out again shortly afterward. A terrible experience for a room that costs 1 million++!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We really enjoyed our stay here! This was our first staycation with our baby, and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. Although the room was a bit small, it was still cozy and comfortable for our little family. One of the best things about this hotel is its location—it’s directly connected to the mall, which made everything so convenient, especially when traveling with a baby. The food was excellent, with plenty of variety and delicious flavors. We also loved the kopitiam, where we enjoyed teh tarik and iced milk coffee during our stay. Overall, it was a fun, comfortable, and memorable staycation. Great food, great location, and a very enjoyable experience. We would definitely love to stay here again! ❤️👶🏻✨☕️🛍️

The rooms are clean, but the food isn't great. The Leather O is very cramped, and it's better to have a separate room like the Max One Leather L, which has omelets. The menu is Western food, but the porridge isn't fresh enough, and the chicken smells a bit off. The service is really good, but check-in is slow. I stayed on the 10th floor.

The AC should be checked and cleaned regularly without waiting for reports from room users.
