The room is nice with a sea view but I'm confused because I got 4 pillows without a bolster, I don't know what else, the smoking terrace is small, you can only stand to go to the swimming pool on the 7th floor and the breakfast area

strategic location, nice clean room, but a bit noisy, probably on the 7th floor with a clubbing place, breakfast at 6 am via the staff, not many people make instant noodles yet... the water for the shower is also not strong enough... overall it's pretty good

I was really shocked when I entered the room, the bathroom was dirty, the glass was dirty, the floor was dirty, even the towels were given as mats. The food at the hotel had little variety and the taste was not very good.

The staff is friendly, the room is clean, the location is strategic because it is inside the mall so it is easy to get accommodation, it is very unfortunate that the room is very narrow and closed, it happens that there is no balcony, the taste of the food also needs to be given more attention.

1. Take a long time to check in
2. At the first night, We had only 1 towel. I called room service, receptionist, duty manager. Nobody picked up my call
3. Booked 2 twin bed and 1 double bed. But the hotel gave us 2 double bed and 1 twin bed.
4. Got a smoking floor
5. couldn’t get breakfast because the dining room was full. I asked for room breakfast but the staff denied and required me to wait without knowing how long
