The staff is not friendly, they make a price policy for only 12 hours instead of the application which is 24 hours, a new way to make a profit, it is highly not recommended.

Unfriendly service, very poor home stay facilities, dirty and smelly bathroom, hot room, no AC or fan.

Staff hotel sangat tidak ramah, tempat jorok dan tidak terawat. Kamar berbau busuk, bau apek campur lah semuanya. Ac tidak bisa dipakai. Dan kami tidak jadi menginap di sini karena tidak nyaman sama sekali.

Maaf ya pak, kasurnya gatal, saya juga pertama masuk ke kamar disambut sama penunggunya, warna item kecil (kecoa), waktu liat toilet saya kaget ada penunggu lagi dan di sana sudah menjadi kerjan penuh dengan lumut dan kloset, sangat dijamin kebersihan oleh kuman terbuka, tutup kloset udah rusak dan tidak bisa di flush, banyak sampah di dalam kloset. Baknya sangat indah oleh warna natural (hitam) air yang tergenang, mungkin sudah jadi kerajaan jentik, jadi saya sangat puas. Ah saya hampir lupa kasurnya, sangat enak, gatal, dan juga lebih empuk dari batu, tidur di atas per, sesuai standar aplikasi, saya mungkin akan datang ketika tempat tersebut sudah menjadi yang terbaik. Saya doakan semoga kritik saya dapat membangun untuk membuat tempat tersebut jadi lebih baik. Aamiin.
