Clean hotel, nice view right in the center, convenient for sightseeing

The hotel is right in the center, has underground parking, and a great infinity pool. Not too far from the beach. Friendly staff. New, clean, fragrant rooms, soft beds and pillows. The room price is very good. Breakfast has many dishes, okay, some are delicious and some are not. My family wants to come back to stay here. My kids really like this place.

I booked a city view room but the hotel upgraded it to a 1/2 sea view room for free. The room is new, clean, beautifully designed, fully equipped (even with an electronic scale which surprised me) The receptionists were very nice and enthusiastic when my family needed help with adding an extra bed for the baby, the hotel has an essential oil diffuser which is very comfortable. Overall, it is worth the money. Everyone can experience it here.

The hotel does not have a hot water tank, while taking a bath, the hot water ran out and I had to take a cold bath in very cold weather. When I asked for help, they said there was only 300 liters of hot water and I had to wait for it to be boiled again. While there was a bathtub, but before I could drain even 1/4 of the tub, there was no hot water, so how could I use the bathtub? While I chose a high class room to have a bathtub, there was not enough hot water.

The rooms and facilities are new, the mattresses are comfortable, the breakfast is delicious and varied. The staff is friendly, enthusiastic, and always ready to help. My group had a very comfortable stay here. Will come back for the next stay.

The hotel is clean, new, fully equipped, swimming pool, full breakfast. Walking distance to the beach, square, night market. The voltage is stable for a 4-star hotel, but taking virtual photos is not much. Booked on the app and selected children of full age, but children > 6 years old will be charged an additional 150k immediately upon check-in.

Rooms, restaurants and staff are 5* standard. However, the supervision of management, FO, and the hospital dropped the standard down to 3-4*, specifically the minus points were: 1. The hospital staff on duty even though they knew their CV was a hospital, not luggage, so maybe they were afraid of speaking up. When I greeted him, I was asked so I stood looking at the guest like a statue. I guess because the hotel welcomes many group guests, they are probably afraid of being forced to carry them. However, if so, you should buy a statue to save money on hiring people. 2. There is a sea view room, but nearly 90% of the view is blocked due to a large building blocking it all. So the update is not facing the sea for ease of selection. I asked to change rooms but the Rep worked quite slowly, handed over the unactivated key and then ran away as if afraid of being forced to carry luggage. Luckily, there are only 2 carry-on bags under 7kg. I went on a weekday and the hotel was deserted. In short, I still like it and will return to the hotel. I only feel sorry for a place that invested a lot of effort and money but lost points because of the poor professionalism of a few employees and lack of professional supervision, causing loss of sympathy at the stage. The most important thing is to welcome guests.
