Good afternoon, This hotel is perfect for a staycation with your partner or children, close to the city center and other entertainment venues. The atmosphere is very comfortable, with complete facilities and a swimming pool for relaxing. The food is delicious. The staff are friendly, from the security guards to the cleaning staff, as well as the service in the hotel lobby. The highlight is the large, soundproof rooms. The price is quite affordable for a hotel in its class. The location is very strategic, right in the center of Samarinda, close to shopping and culinary centers.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful during every check-in and check-out process.

I suggest putting a carpet under it so it won't make any noise when people move chairs or tables. I can't sleep all night because of the noise of people constantly moving chairs.

Check in didn't take long, got a room with access to the swimming pool, it felt like a private pool 😁, not to mention the super spacious room, really satisfied 😍

The room is really big and quite clean, because the floor is quite dusty, the AC is not cold as if it has been set to that level of cold, even if we set it to 16 degrees it still doesn't feel cold, there are no directions to the parking lot and the exit, the security is also not very informative

The room is super spacious and very big for 1 family (5 people). The service and facilities are quite good, hopefully in the future it can be improved even more and there will be room promos every month. Thank you 🙏
