Staff were helpful. The location and room facilities were great!

The lobby is getting smaller and there is no drinking water, even though we stayed for 2 weeks. They don’t have duplicate keys for our room, so we need to let our room be unlocked for cleaning while we go out.

This hotel's location is only strategic. Otherwise, it's pretty ordinary.

Please replace the mattresses, almost all the double rooms have hard mattresses.

The staff is friendly, although they don't speak English very well. The rooms are okay, and the location is convenient to everything.

The pictures are totally different from real..the hotel is quite old, the bed is squeaky, but the location is near to pratunam market,McDonald's ,platinum & December..
