1. The check-in procedure is complicated. Travelio doesn't give a check-in window that is too long (2 hours) even though they can make an effort to speed up the process. At the end check in can be in 1 hour. 2. In the facility there is a swimming pool. But in reality it can only be used by weekly or monthly guests. Even though in the photos and in the facility provided it says there is a pool. Disappointing.
