very pleasant and very calm.

the location is quite far from the parking lot, but a car is prepared for pick up and drop to the parking area. only 4x4 cars can access directly to the inn. excellent service

Literally IN the forest, means a suitable place to relaxing. Really enjoyed my stay.

Anyway, the experience of staying overnight in the forest is really cool, isn't it?

The right healing place, natural coolness, calm atmosphere without the hustle and bustle of vehicle sounds. Poor signal, there is Wi-Fi but it is not optimal.

The breakfast is not very interesting and there is not much variety in the food. The service is good and friendly.

The WiFi signal doesn't reach the villa so it's really boring at the villa, what can you do, there's no TV, no signal, you can play on your cellphone too

The staff is friendly and very helpful when there are difficulties in the cabin. The food is okay. The Family Cabin is nice and very clean. It would be better if there were hotel slippers and a TV so that you don't get too bored in the cabin.

The location is far but it is suitable for solitude, the wifi is slow because there is no signal at all, the water heater was not on yesterday, for breakfast it is not free because you have to choose what menu it will be prepared according to your order, not a buffet system maybe because the concept is for tranquility, not a hotel

The staff is very friendly and kind, the place is nice and unique, the room service is okay but the price is good and friendly, the place is clean and well maintained, there is no AC but the air is quite light and cool, the road access to the check point is being concreted so it is good

I didn't expect that access to the location was really beyond expectations. And the condition of the two of us arriving at the checkpoint was quite late. However, the staff always made sure that we arrived at the intended location. 1. if the pickup is past the specified time, there is a charge of 50,000/person 2. vehicles must be 4x4 if you dare to go up to the lodging location 3. really worth the trouble to come here considering the trip from Jakarta, the access is not that good 4. stunning panorama 5. friendly staff 7. the food menu is indeed limited but quite good 8. those who bring family or like to snack, bring lots of food because the place is really far from anywhere 9. I will come back here again soonest

Overall everything is good. But yesterday when I stayed there, the road access to the meeting point was being repaired, so next year it will be easier to access the road and it won't be slippery anymore.
