Stayed at FOX Harris Banjarnegara with high expectations as a relatively new hotel on the way back to Jakarta via the central route. Conceptually and visually, the hotel is quite attractive and modern. However, it is unfortunate that the quality of maintenance and service still needs a lot of improvement. Several things were quite disturbing during my stay: The condition of the towels was already looking dull and yellowed, not reflecting the standards of a hotel that was just inaugurated in 2023. The experience at the cafe was also less than optimal, with waiting times reaching approximately 1 hour for food for pizza and fried cassava, the taste was not commensurate with the quality. Small things like this can significantly impact the overall experience, especially for a hotel positioned to offer more comfort. Hopefully, in the future, the hotel can pay more attention to cleanliness details and improve the speed of service, because in terms of potential and concept, this hotel is actually very promising.

It was a very nice experience to stay at this hotel and surely it will be my first choice when I have any occasion at Banjarnegara. The staff were very helpful; moreover, they readily helped me when I just arrived at the hotel. And it's also a very clean hotel with delicious food. My kids like it very much as there's also a fishpool inside the restaurant area.

Nice place to stay at Banjarnegara. Good view to the garden & hills. Staff are polite and friendly. Well-managed breakfast session despite the crowd. Food tastes good and have a variety of choices. Pool size is small, but the kids still have fun playing in it. The location is not at the center of the city, but still a decent distance (10-15 minutes with Banjarnegara traffic during lebaran).

This is my third stay at the Fox Harris Hotel. It's incredibly clean and the staff are friendly. It's one of my husband's favorites; he keeps taking him here.

The hotel is comfortable, not too crowded, the view from the room balcony is really good, the staff is friendly, fast response and helpful, the facilities are complete, especially for children. What needs to be improved is the variety of breakfast, especially the main course, can be added.

I booked a deluxe room. The view from the room was really nice, the staff was friendly, and the hotel was clean. What needs to be improved is the lack of variety in the main course for breakfast. Everything else was okay. I'll stay at Fox Hotel next time I'm in Banjarnegara.
