The accommodation is very good, everything is comfortable.

The bathroom smells musty, the breakfast is very basic, the towels are dirty

The breakfast menu is just B... there's no chili... how can you eat it with sauce... the menu is really stingy..

So far very happy staying here, located in the city center. Minimalist, very comfortable.

Stayed at Casa Calma Grogol and overall was very satisfied. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, the AC was cold, and it was comfortable. There was a dispenser near the elevator, so you could fill up with water anytime, no need to buy drinks. There were also many people selling cheap food in front of the hotel, and there was also a laundry (in front of the hotel), so it was really nice if you stayed for a while and didn't have a hard time finding things. I think the breakfast was not very varied, and for the signal, I don't know why it was really bad inside the hotel, luckily it was helped by the Wi-Fi which was sometimes really smooth, sometimes not so good. Btw, I stayed in a superior room and a suite! (So I tried the small and large rooms, both were equally good.) 🥰. Thank you Casa Calma ✨

very bad, the appearance of the room is not comparable to the price, ordered deluxe but there is no window, drinking water is not hygienic / uses a refill, check in time is not flexible, bathroom is not good

The signal is very weak, if you want to join the Wi-Fi you have to use the link from the receptionist.

Enjoyable staying here in Casa Calma, not too big a hotel but it feels like home. The room is spacious and super clean. Everything was great and comfortable to have a rest. It would be nice if they had Netflix.

Hotel staff & security are friendly. Cleanliness and room facilities are okay, typical transit hotel for rest. Amenities are also available. The only minus is the limited parking area, but the hotel provides free valet service to arrange car parking. Overall okay.

Affordable price, surprisingly very comfortable to stay. The room space is also okay, the bathroom is also quite okay. If you need to make a short trip and solo trip, you must try here. The most enjoyable thing is because it is close to CP, Neo Soho, Taman Anggrek. Access to anywhere is quite easy.
