The staff are fantastic. Truly too shelf. The bed is comfy and the breakfast is good. The place is comfortable despite no bar nor any room service. The AC was not great and it was really hot. The traffic in front of the hotel is literally impossible. You simply cannot drive nor get an uber or anything , it has to be blocks away. Its very very touristy.

We loved the property , it’s a small hotel in a historical area. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast and afternoon snacks were generous and excellent. We enjoyed our stay a lot and would recommend the hotel.

We had a great stay at Ferreira XVI. The room was comfortable and clean, the breakfast was very nice, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It’s also in a great location to explore the city.

What a gem! Conveniently situated a couple of streets from the metro and within easy reach of trams and buses, this superb hotel ticked all the boxes. Friendly, helpful staff. Great breakfasts. Spacious clean rooms with comfortable beds and air con. Our third floor room faced the pedestrianised street but the soundproofing was excellent - we didn't hear a thing. Lots of local cafes and restaurants (too many to choose from!) so you're spoilt for choice. Would totally recommend.

A very friendly staff very helpful. Great healthy breakfast, coffee machine for your use anytime. Enjoyed the fresh cake and biscuits left out for guests to enjoy, nice touch. Very clean rooms and all areas. Lovely fresh linen in rooms, good shower. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend to friends and family. Thankyou.

The room has a nice little balcony. The shower has great pressure and there is some counter space around the sink.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location! Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, stylish and comfortable. We had a nice little gift on our bed when we arrived which was a lovely touch. Breakfast was great. Walkable distance to sooo many of Lisbon’s key sites. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Phenomenal!! I loved the room and location of the hotel, which is on the main strip & very close to Praça do Comercio. Location is walkable distance to many other attractions. Breakfast was delicious! There was no coffee maker or tea in the room, unfortunately. They do leave you water everyday, though, & a small wine bottle on arrival. I'd definitely stay here again.
