It was hard to tell from the pictures what the resort would be like, but we were so happy that we took the chance! The unit was clean and the beach was raked every morning. There was a golf tour bus when we pulled in that made us worried and a couple of the guys were pretty noisy the first night. Someone called the manager at 2 am and he drove down personally to take care of it. We were assured that it would not happen again and it did not. We loved all the Adirondack chairs on the beach and the pool was refreshing. The gas fire pit was a great way to visit with others and we met people who have been coming for years or own their unit. We would definitely come back again!

Fantastic vacation spot for families and kids! We travelled with our friends and our young children (all under 5) and it was the perfect spot. Grassy areas, sandy beach, private lake access and the pool just steps away from your patio door. The perfect family vacation!

Our room is a little run down re cabinets etc, hair dryer and stove element did not work but great place and great staff. We are looking at booking a week next June.

We liked the environment, the easy access to beach and swimming pool. We did not like the air conditioning system which is very noisy and very close to the bed.

The pool and beach area are wonderful. They have a gas fire pit for roasting marshmallows and also barbecues for cooking. A covered deck for sitting and eating. Lots of parking. I really enjoy this property

Such a great getaway at the Safari Beach Resort. It was wonderful to walk out your back door to the beautiful views of the beach and lake from your private deck. The property is impeccably kept and there were so many amazing features.

The room was clean and the kitchen was well equipped with all the things we need for a relaxing stay. We loved the heated pool the most.

I stayed here with my two young teens, they had a great time in the pool and on the private beach. The rooms were nice, the full kitchen was amazing. We only hoped that there were towels for the pool or instructions to bring towels since we assumed they would have towels at their pool.

A great location, only about a 10-15 minute walk to downtown. The private beach is so nice . It’s so quiet and peaceful.

Clean room with beautiful view. Workers clean the pool and rake the private beach every morning. Great for families.

We definitely come back here, we really enjoyed it.
