1. There is no full body mirror in the rooms 2. Dusty bathroom 3. I added a second person to the room and paid more than for myself. I never had this price so high for a second person if you add it at the hotel. Usually it's half the price. The food was ok, nothing special. The mattress and pillows were not comfortable. Super firm mattress made my body hurt every morning.

The Hotel was amazing! The staff was friendly and serviceable. We had a bottle of champagne and chocolates waiting for us at the room.

The property was nice and clean. The staff was very hospitable although they didn’t speak much English. The food options were average. The pools were excellent plenty of room to accommodate everyone at the resort. The beach needed some tending to there was way too much seaweed and garbage washed up on the beach. Overall it was nice. I would definitely go back!

The specific room (Master Suite) with the view we had was exceptional. The resort is relatively new and was very clean and well maintained. Some areas for resort improvements include: top-shelf alcohol should be fully available in the all-inclusive cost, access to restaurants throughout both resorts should be permitted since prohibiting full access limits menu options/choices. Food quality was overall fair. Good in some areas and lacking in others. Overall, the resort was a solid 4.2 out of 5 and would have been rated better with consideration of items previously mentioned.

Property was very clean staff was nice . The only thing was drinks around pool areas was hit and miss some drinks were awful unable to even drink. I think bartenders need some training. Lobby was was very good. We just like having a good drink while out by the pool. Would possibly return

The beach, the pool, the staff and the food are all amazing. I highly recommend visiting this resort for any type of vacation.

All staff was friendly and professional, but Alejandro helped make the experience spectacular. Will return soon

It very good stay

The room upgrade wasn’t great at all. There was also an issue with guest services and it was a terrible experience. I expressed it to the manager & nothing was done. I wanted to extend my stay but due to the experience I had, I booked an Airbnb.

The Staff did everything to make my stay pleasurable. Great place to stay. The Entertainment Staff were fun! And Alejandro kept my reservation(s), and made me feel welcomed.

Great resort overall! Beach is very large and not crowded with relatively clearwater. Lots of accommodations and things to do, but very little to no explanation of what they are (ex Kayaks and included water therapy for Adults resort members). You really have to learn as you go or hear it from another guest. The activity staff for the beach and pool were awesome and kept things very lively! Serving staff for the restaurants were very good, but not too chatty with guests.

Serenade was a great place to stay. We booked the master suite and were very pleased with the room. We also got a butler which was a pleasant surprise! We used them to help book dinners and activities. They also decorated my room as I celebrated my birthday there. My opinion is that the buffet had better food than the restaurants on site. The spa was my favorite activity! They are experienced, pleasant and delivered a wonderful experience! Overall we were very happy with our trip and would definitely return!

The resort is very nice and clean, great staff, room was amazing. Food was good but not great. What I did not like is the fact that there are no ATMs in the property which makes it very difficult to get cash to tip the staff. You have to rent transportation to go all the way to town to get cash, very annoying and inconvenient.

Overall, this property was beautiful. The housekeeping was top notch. We travel to tropical destinations so this review is comparative. The beach area was wonderful. They did a great job clearing the seaweed to enhance the experience. The pool area was on par with other adult only hotels. The best seats were saved using towels by 9:00 am. There was a towel exchange program that limited towel use to 2 at a time. The buffet restaurant had stations where fresh meat, fish, stir fry, pizza and pasta was prepared. A wide variety was available. The rooms were spacious BUT there were lots of blinking lights; the coffeemaker blinked; and two overhead motion sensors blinked red when you move, even while sleeping. The shows mostly start at 9:30 so save some energy, we never could. Overall this was a solid hotel to relax.

This property was very nice! The staff was very friendly and gave excellent service! They went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. Food options were excellent!
