Ocean was very close

The hotel is right on the beach, so it doesn’t get much better than that. Rooms could use updating but the AC works great, which is most important. The guy at the front desk hates his job.

Pool was in terrible shape and that was a vacación killer for my family

WE HAD A GOOD STAY, THE ROOMS ARE CLEAN AND WELL TAKEN CARE OF. THE POOL WAS OUT OF SERVICE, AND IT WAS MAINLY THE REASON WE GOT THE HOTEL BECAUSE THERE WAS POOL FOR THE KIDS.

Was very average, not what I was expecting

No grills or cooking at the property at all. Requested downstairs and got upstairs with several handicap people. No elevator. While families with kids were downstairs

It was good for the price. Prob needs an upgrade on the furniture and maybe a mini fridge in the rooms. But very convenient. Private beach, nice pool restaurant was good.

Great place for a quiet getaway or a night out. All rooms have a sea view and just a few steps to the beach.

In my opinion, this hotel was great. I was nervous when I saw the reviews but it was AMAZING! I definitely recommend staying here. The beach is literally a 4 minute walk and it’s a private one too.

Hotel is old now, I booked two rooms and both had issues. One the A/c kept blowing the fuse, the 2nd room had issues with the toilet and wouldn’t flush. The pool has so many broken tile in the water that cut up your toes. For the amount you spend in this hotel you can definitely find something better.

It is my first time in San Felipe; it is nice and within the budget for a vacation or weekend getaway. The hotel is outdated but very clean, and the pool and beach are clean. Everyday room service, a big room, a small free bottle of water daily, towels and shampoo, and a nice restaurant. What I don't like is that there are stray dogs on the beach; there is not enough information about what to bring or what is allowed to bring, as some guests have their own BBQ and chairs and an umbrella. the Hotel is very close to downtown.

The front desk asked for a cash deposit which they never return. Nobody knew who to contact regarding our deposits and where robbed from that money.
