Lovely family run hotel in a great area the host spoke very good English breakfast was beautiful

Excellent service and even packed us a breakfast to go since we were leaving early in the morning. Bad bad pillows were very comfortable. The only bad part was the noise on th street. Ask for a room off the street. However service and accommodation was amazing. Highly recommend.

Our room was small but comfortable. Breakfast was made to order. Walking distance to everything. Everyone was very helpful.

I had a wonderful stay! The hotel is adorable, wonderfully decorated, and the team are super sweet and helpful. The location is great, a few blocks from some gorgeous vistas, and close to restaurants or other places of interest. It was a little noisy out my window, but that's to be expected in a city. I left my infrared light in the bed the morning I left and they helped me swiftly to recover it - thank you again!

For me as a solo female traveller this hotel was a great location in Miraflores. I felt safe and comfortable. The staff were amazing, answering questions I had straight after booking, to helping me organise a taxi from the airport, to checkin and beyond. They were super helpful and friendly. Plus the breakfast was fabulous (I’m vegetarian and there was a lot for me to choose from) I would definitely recommend this place and would return if I’m ever back in Lima.

This a a hidden gem in Miraflores. Pretty and cozy, this place is great for its location and proximity to El Malecón and Berlin St, which has a lot of options for bars and restaurants. Staff was amazing, and breakfast was great. The room was amazingly decorated. Greatly recommended!

Very nice, clean room, wasn't the quietest due to it being near a busy roundabout. Staff was nice and check-in and check-out was easy with a 24 hour receptionist.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! It was such a cute place and the beds/pillows were so comfortable. The breakfast in the morning had a good variety to choose from. Staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Hotel is in quiet area, staff were available 24/7, bed was very comfortable, and breakfast was delicious.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was great. What ruined the experience was the last night of our stay at this hotel. We were woken up at midnight by a man and woman yelling in spanish across the hall, and all that my husband and I could understand was the man yelling "passport" and the woman yelling "stop", and the sound of luggage being dragged up/down the stairs, all of which led us to believe a traveller in the hotel was being robbed. Noise, chaos, and confusion continued for 1.5 hours while we locked ourselves in our bathroom, absolutely frightened. We tried calling the police through WhatsApp but that didn't work; we later figured out that police did arrive on the scene but it was not until the early morning checkout when I asked what on earth happened that the receptionist told me guests checked in late last night saying they were robbed BEFORE arriving at the hotel. None of this was relayed to us during the incident, no staff nor police on scene came to tell the other guests what the hell was happening. We were scared to death that someone was going to rob us next. We had an early flight that morning and everything was completely disrupted with no concern for our safety or wellbeing that night.

The property was ok, best thing was its walkability to the coastline track and it felt relatively safe by Lima standards. Didn’t like the apartment, street facing and only a flimsy single lock, dead lock installed but no key. Ok for 2 people but sofa bed was too small for 2 people. A few annoying add ons on the bill at the end like water.
