It was good. It will be much better if the hotel put electrical kettle in each room.

Happy with everything a little bit of things to change, but I’m okay with it

First room assigned TV system was not working properly, then I was moved to another room. Last room incredible!!

The room was relatively in good condition and was cleaned daily. The staff were courteous even though language was a big barrier.

The staff are so amazingly kind and helpful, as I had issues paying with my credit card. The buffet dinner is ok, as is the breakfast. The gym is nice but it’s only for weights (i.e. the treadmills don't work). Overall a very nice hotel.

The manager is very welcome and kind person and she is very organized smart and greatest to the world

Need to add additional restaurants options to the room service menu delivery to hotel such as KYC, Pizza Hut, McDonalds and others…

Very good hotel. Near airport. Conveniently located, good food, staff spoke English and reasonably priced.

The only bad thing we experienced was A meeting room. We asked the front desk if we could use a meeting room. They said sure, no problem. We used it for a few hours and were happy. The next day a manager came running after us saying we owed $290 for the room rental. My room for the night was only $95! When we asked, nobody said anything about a charge. They eventually dropped the charge but it left a bad impression. Also, they don’t accept international credit cards even though their web site says they do.

Serviço razoável, pois as toalhas não estavam com odor agradável, o ar condicionado não funcionou direito na primeira noite, solicitei mais um travesseiro por duas vezes e não fui atendido. Não gostei do pequeno almoço (café da manhã), pois havia muito poucas opções.

Good value for money - all new refurbished, friendly service, good area

The breakfast starts on time, which is good. The breakfast is tasty, but the menu is almost the same every day, so it would be better if there were a bit more variety. The air conditioner smells moldy.
