very very disappointed. the location is mentioned to be near PIK avenue n been looking for the place for hours!! but no one knows the location even after help from Gojek driver who have been circling the area for hours!! tried to call the apt but not available..texted but replied by robot. wasting my money n time n energy. really2 a dissappointment. wish i can get my full refund..couldnt find the place then paid very high price for another hotel nearby since already very tired after long drive. this is so bad

No towels available, asked for reasons not ready for laundry. The bed is ugly because it is too soft. 🤦🏽‍.
