The hotel has cockroaches, dust and is very dirty. The sink is moldy. Changed rooms but still no better so had to change hotels that night instead of staying.

The hotel is near Hon Thom but quite far from the center, there is no one selling food around.

Reality and reviews are very different. Personally disappointed. The air conditioner is not cool, the room is not well-kept, there is no TV, it is far from people.

The location is extremely inconvenient, as the hotel is located on the edge of a ghost town facing a big area of grassland, and the nearest restaurant is more than 1 km away according to the staff (the hotel doesn't provide breakfast). It'll take you more than 30 minutes to walk to the Khem Beach. The hotel may have a very low guest volume, as I have seen no other guests there during my two nights stay there and the room has a smell of having been used for a while when I entered the room for the first time. The hotel room is not as spacious as boosted on the internet.
