Nice Hotel…!…Great Staff..!

Stunning hotel with exceptional service. The location was perfect for walking around the city.

The staff at this hotel are absolutely amazing. Polite, kind, informative, and friendly. Always greeting us with a smile. The food at the hotel was underwhelming at best. Drinks are great. We only ate one meal (dinner) at the hotel during our 4 day stay. Breakfast was included so that was the only meal we had which was consistently good.

I didn’t love the immediately surrounding neighborhood.

Great service, WiFi can have some improvement.

Great spot. Our standard room was very small. But i luckily got upgraded to a larger room for an additional fee after I checked in. Service is great. Location was the best. We walked everywhere with ease. A block away from St. Regis and The Ritz Carlton.

Calm, clean, and an excellent breakfast!

Stunning place. You feel amazing staying here, a quiet oasis in the middle of busy CDMX. The stone/concrete finishes mixed in with the greenery is A . I wish I could live there. highly recommend.

Saw this hotel on TikTok and decided to give it a spin and thank god I did. Loved my stay here. The staff was attentive, the room was perfect, the design is beautiful. There’s even a speakeasy in the basement open at night and a rooftop as well. I will definitely be coming back.
