The place was soo clean and amazing. I loved the added security of having to place the room key in elevator to go up or down.

Everything was great, but the pillows were horrible

Great atmosphere and quiet

This hotel is a gem! It was very unexpected that this hotel, just off the highway and not in the thick of activity would be as nice as it was. It was incredibly clean, beautiful design, and smelled so good! The staff was great when checking in. I got in late (close to midnight) and a super friendly gentleman was at the desk. He checked me in very quickly and made sure I had everything I needed. The room was so beautiful. Incredibly clean, spacious, and the bathroom is huge! I love that there was a separate room with the toilet. The towels are soft and you have all you need right in the bathroom. Refrigerator and safe included along with coffee. That is the only component that could use some improvement. The room coffee was terrible, however there is a beautiful restaurant right downstairs that serves wonderful coffee and food. There is also a grab and go for people who are checking late like myself. I can't recommend this place enough.

Excellent property that smells great and is very clean.

I stayed five nights. I advised the desk personnel on 4 of the 5 nights that the light on the vanity mirror in the bathroom was not working. I also advised them that the previous occupant left the safe locked and I couldn’t open it. In each case, I was advised that the issues would be addressed the following day. They never were.

Second time to stay here. Good location not too far from the university. Clean, nice and looks brand new. My main reason I came back was the comfortable bed. I usually have a very hard time sleeping in hotels because the beds are always too firm and uncomfortable. The bed here is the most comfortable I’ve found around Austin

The hotel itself is brand new and very clean, however, I had to stay two nights due to being sick from chemo and they were only 27% occupied. I asked if I could stay in the same room for both nights because it was hard for me to switch. The girl in reservations said she wasn’t sure if the room was occupied. It wasn’t and then she proceeded to charge me $110 for each separate night I stayed. I will never stay at this hotel again . I have breast cancer and am on a limited budget and she could have easily kept me in the better room which was already paid for/ for two nights and then I would not have had $220 held on my debit card. I have stayed in 4 star hotels that easily accommodated me when I had a situation like that and the room was empty. They also had a full kitchen suite in the room I was at but no microwave/ no utensils/ nothing- so why pay for an upgrade? The only staff members who were amazing were Amy who waited on my daughter and I at breakfast and the bartender who was very helpful in restaurants in the local area. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. That is truly sad because I have literally stayed in hundreds of hotels and I don’t expect exceptions to be made because I have Stage III breast ca, but honestly it made me feel ashamed and that they just wanted me to pay extra for everything.
